| There has been some debate as to what netbook the Avertec’s Buddy really is. Many tech blogs posted pictures of the Korean Averatec Buddy, which is a rebranded ECS G10IL. However, this isn’t the Buddy that will hit the U.S. market.
Averatec just put up its U.S. page which confirms that this Buddy is in fact a rebranded MSI Wind (of which there are many these days). It will retail for $449 when it becomes available later this month. Intel Atom Processor N270 (1.6GHz) News Source: Laptop Magazine |
